My stay at The Peninsula Beverly Hills was really good, with stunning rooms and great service, though the check-in experience was a bit lacking and the spa didn't meet my expectations. Overall, it was a nice visit with some room for improvement.

Rooms
9.0
The newly renovated room was very nice, blending classic and modern styles. I loved the personalized touch of my initials embroidered on the pillow, and the comfort level was superb. However, the bathroom could use some updates, especially the shower.
Service
8.0
The service was perfect! From the moment I arrived, every staff member was friendly and helpful, but I was a bit disappointed with the impersonal check-in process. They should definitely work on providing a warmer welcome.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location in Beverly Hills was fantastic, making it easy for me to explore the area and enjoy nearby attractions like Rodeo Drive. However, some noise from the roads nearby was noticeable, which detracted from the tranquility.
Dining
7.0
While the breakfast was excellent and definitely a highlight, my experiences with room service were more hit or miss. I had some great dishes, but others didn't meet my expectations.
Facilities
6.0
I appreciated the gym facilities, which were small but well-maintained. The spa experience, unfortunately, fell flat and didn't reflect the luxury I expected. The complimentary Rolls Royce for rides around town was a fantastic perk though.

5.4/10

My stay at The Peninsula Beverly Hills had a lot to love, especially the excellent service from the staff and the beautiful decor throughout the hotel. However, the atmosphere felt a bit stuffy at times, and I encountered some noise issues with delivery trucks starting early in the morning. Overall, it's a lovely hotel that I would consider returning to, but a few improvements would enhance the experience.

Rooms
8.0
I enjoyed my grand deluxe room, which was spacious with nice amenities. However, the decor felt a bit outdated and not quite my taste. The huge bathroom was a highlight, though the toilet was oddly low. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the sleep drink at turndown and the in-room business center.
Service
8.0
The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate my requests. However, there were a couple of hiccups with the concierge service. Despite being lovely once I reached them, there were times I found them unresponsive when I called.
Location
10.0
The location is perfect, with easy access to major shopping areas and restaurants. I had a conference nearby, and the drive to the convention center was quite manageable, making it a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Dining
9.0
Dining options were fantastic, especially at the rooftop restaurant. The food was first class, and the service was attentive. Room service was also excellent, though I did find some of the prices a bit on the high side.
Facilities
8.0
The range of facilities available was impressive, including room service, valet parking, and more. The amenities made for a comfortable stay, but a clearer tipping protocol could enhance the overall experience.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from Rodeo Drive and surrounded by upscale dining and shopping options.

The dining options were a good surprise with high-quality food, especially the breakfast pancakes, and the in-room dining menu provided excellent Asian dishes.
Facilities

The amenities were ample, including pet-friendly options, room service, and a good roof pool area, although I did experience some issues with the valet charging my car.

Despite the friendly and attentive staff, inconsistencies in room readiness and dining quality left me a bit disappointed. Overall, while the hotel has potential, my experience didn't quite live up to my expectations.
